Refund and Returns Policy
Cancel order
You can request to cancel your order by contacting us within one hour of placing your order. If we receive your request after this time, we will attempt to change the status of your order. Unfortunately, in most cases, packaging and shipping have already been completed by this time, and we cannot cancel the order for you.
Return the goods
If you are not satisfied in any way with the item you received, please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving the item. Returns can only be made after confirmation by the customer service department.
The purpose of our website is to provide a simple and convenient way for customers who have purchased or used related products. Customers should have some knowledge about the properties of skin care products, the smell of perfume or the color of cosmetics. If you ordered the wrong item, you will not receive any refund.
For orders using DHL courier, if the delivery fails and the product is returned due to incorrect address input or courier unable to contact the recipient on the delivery date, the postage will not be refunded. Your refund will be credited to the original method of payment, less shipping charges.
In order for your return to be processed as quickly as possible, all returns must include:
-Copy of delivery note or your order number
-Return Merchandise Authorization (issued by Customer Service)
-Reason for return
Please ensure the product is packaged securely to prevent any damage during delivery. We also recommend that you use registered or insured post for tracking.
